To guide SCSBA’s advocacy efforts, delegates from boards governing South Carolina’s school districts annually votes on resolutions submitted by member boards and staff. Resolutions adopted by delegates help SCSBA officers and staff to address various policy and legislative issues related to public education that arise during the year.
